Our Story
Established in 2012, Ramen rose is the beginning of local sushi legends Eric & Carlo Kim. With modern and traditional cooking techniques, the two chefs will create an Omakase dinner experience that you will come back for over and over again.
With over 15 years of experience, they both ventured out to start their own establishment, a place where they can express their creativity in the realm of creating tasty bites of Japanese-inspired food. Ramen Rose was born from that idea and now they are ready to show the city everything in their chef repertoire.
Upon entering our restaurant, one is met with rustic earth tones, imported rosewood floors, and exposed brick walls. Guests are greeted by the friendly staff and the owner is hands-on and involved in the day-to-day operation of the restaurant. We invite you to visit us for lunch or dinner.
